    OK!!! You Made me laugh out loud!!! Yeah, I remember bringing Amanda into this (and you too). And I know everyone is thinking--crazy lady with the fatty steaks. But....within certain paramiters, it works. I will say again, when you lose the fat, you can't even stomach the steak. It's a weird thing. And you could change it up as you are on the roll. But what happens, at least in my case (and Amanda too) is that you start to LOOK for that Steak! Like a Vampire! Am I right?

    Oh you magic rib eye! Last nights dinner was delicious. Steak with butter lettuce, tomato, and half a grilled onion - with ACV. And a baked apple for dessert. I'm def going over 500 calories, but I still seem to be losing.

    It's the cycling within the calories...Amanda knows what I'm talking about. And also you are getting closer to goal--to immunity. When the abnormal fat is gone, you'll be starving. You'll want to consume your young! Keep me in the loop of it. I can help you with that.


    Good luck to all those starting their next round. I'd love to be loading on Superbowl Sunday. How fun would that be! I'll be in P2 with you ladies at least for the next week and a half.
    Where are you still showing the 7.4 pounds Vixx? Just curious. Is it all over or a certain problem spot? Also I want to say. I am smaller then when I stopped and entered p3, so know that the shrinking continues beyond the pounds on the scale. As your stabilizing in p3, you may be 2 or 3 pounds up from LDW and then your looking at your pants get baggy in the ass. LOL!

    I tried some of the fiber junk--no results. The flax I'm pretty happy about. I think if you have a significant amount of weight to lose, it's not going to make a difference calorie wise. If you can relieve yourself everyday or at least regularly--the scale is a truer reflection. And stopping the laxatives and coffee...all that stuff that's going into your stomach robbing you of the fluid you vitally need.

    And if anyone wants to get me onto the enema subject--just egg me on. I've got a mix that works.

    I just want to point out that I have been enticed into the POO conversation Amanda! LOL. In all seriousness, we are really honest about this part here. It can be a misery.

    A loo, is a toilet! You fill your own! We also call it a Johnny and taking out the garbage. WE TALK ALOT! LOL.

    Before you start the Flax seed--which is not P2, NOT protocol...etc. can I ask what else you have tried and what you eat. How long in between Johnny visits? Have you used laxatives etc...Are you on Antibiotics, or any meds? Sometimes enemas are good short term solutions. And it only affects the bowel.

    Amanda and I have been working together for a long time and I know her habits etc..over 3 months...

    Lady G will be doing Inj. This will be interesting. as for dosing too high a dose, inj, can produce hunger. Weird right? Counter intuitive. So dose priority one, Lady G! Lady, I forgot to ask about your hubby and HIS diet.

    OK! I am a TURKEY! OK, I've tried smooth move. not a fan- cramps. I use poopdoc pills occasionally, which straight liquify everything- not a laxative, no cramping and overnight results. there aren't any calories or substance at all, it's oxygen carried on a magnesium compound or something, which itself is not absorbed. The Oxygen is what liquifies the ... waste.. so out of desperation I have used it. If I don't use it I go on my own every 4 days

    spinach did nothing, neither steamed nor raw. Asparagus makes me pee like a racehorse (love it!) for veggies I eat asparagus at least 5 times a week, onion frequently, occasionally radishes, celery twice, lettuce twice, cucumber frequently and i've had zucchini (i know not on protocol but has not stopped losses that I can tell.) I eat an apple nightly, and have an orange or grapefruit 1/2 on alternate days. I eat chicken for lunch, fish for dinner. Have had beef twice, shrimp 3 times. I think I pooped friday? I forgot to write it down. Apple day friday, and chicken yesterday for both proteins, and today as well. Also skipped a carb and a fruit yesterday and today, and ate a pretty big helping of asparagus today for dinner but no veg for lunch. today was first time adding ACV to a cup of water w/ lemon juice

    Pre hcg, I pooped 2 to 3 times a day, but I had GERD and I believe IBS because I would poop out apples undigested, have frequent gas, diarrhea at least 4 times a week after some meals, and some kind of intolerance to everything I ate. That is all but gone now. (hmmm maybe a gluten intolerance?)

    OK Now that you know about my BOWELS hahaha I LOVE poop talk!! What else ya want?

    One of the things to watch with the flax will be the actual calories added. Interestingly enough, I have 2 types and 2 Table spoons is the serving size listed on both packages. It is also my understanding that when using seeds make sure to chew them so that they are actually broken open or they just don't digest.
    2 Tablespoons of golden flax seeds is 110 calories with 80(9g) of them from fat, 6 g carb, 4g prot.
    2 Tablespoons of Flax seed meal is 60 calories with about 40(9.5g) from fat., 4g carb, 3g prot.
    Do the first question would be..... What kind of flax is being used.
    And from here it is left in wasa's capable hands.

    Annette - my flax seed is 80 calories with 1 net carb and 5 grams of fat per 2 tblspn. Took a serving tonight with water. So you think I should jumpstart with steak? Like our protein days? I didn't pick up any food yet, will do in the morning. Hopefuy I won't be too hungry.

    You know me - a bit of a conundrum. I didn't experience a "slow down" until day 25-30! Let's aim for that ok, body?

    I knew the trails beat me up but I didn't realize how bad till I got showered - it looks like someone took a tree made whip to my arms and beat the snot put of me! Must pick up a long sleeved button down shirt...

    There is no official list of hot guys.... You get to choose who want and hope he isn't taken. I still havnt gotten someone I actually WANT!! I'm thinking now.... I think I'll claim fictional characters.... Like Jace from the Immortal Instruments series....and Sam from Shiver....and Ian from The Host.... And damn if only I could create my dream guy from a fictional character!!!!

    So my dad asked how much I weighed when I first started hcg - he nearly had a cow lol. He goes "well. You hold your weight real well - who which means you will hold it well when you are at your ideal weight.
