hungry on a skip day?? normal or not

    Hi,
I'm new here. on R1P2D7. Been doing fine up to now. 150 iu sub injections, no hunger.
lost average of 1.36 lbs per day, 6.8 for the week. very happy with this.

But, today's my first skip day and whoa; really hungry.
Anybody else experience this? Is it normal?
    Thanks for any input,
    Carol

I'm not sure what is normal but I did my first skip day yesterday and I was not hungry.

Today is my second skip day. My first one went OK, a bit of hunger, but nothing that was crazy or unmanagable, so I am hoping for the same this week. What I did notice last time is that I can't go all morning without eating. By 11 am, I was really feeling my low blood sugar, and just before noon, I was dizzy in the car! I hurried home and had an apple and some beef jerky (I made and measured out for "just in case" situations), that really helped, so any time that I go out in the afternoons, before I eat, I take a piece of fruit and some jerky with me.

Yesterday was my first skip day and I was not hungry. But I only lost .2 lb. Is that normal for a skip day?
