Down .6lbs today. I think I may extend my 30 days since I technically took 1 week off.
How are you doing Caramello?
Hey niecey, GREAT JOB! I am UP 1.2 lbs. I was up .2 yesterday and another pound today with no change in my habits. Well I haven't been able to go to the bathroom in several days and I drank some Yogi Get Regular tea so once that starts working I think I will balance out.
But really, I have a more serious problem. I am shedding a lot of hair. It's making me a nervous wreck so I may be ending my round very soon. I had some concerns about going on a trip next weekend anyway but with this sudden hair shedding, I may just need to end this. Not sure just yet.

I had the same shedding problem. Did you stop using some products because they were not "hcg diet protocol approved"? I use olive oil and other products that contain oils, mint, etc. I stopped using those during R1 and it turned out all bad. This time have continued to use the same products including my shower gels, lotions, toothpaste and most of all my hair care products. I am still losing and have done ok this round.
Also did you start Pilates? I remember you were talking about that.
How did you treat your shedding problem? How long did it continue to shed? I've searched a lot on the boards and see others have had the problem also. Not everyone....just lucky me!
Actually I did a low calorie diet a couple years ago and had this problem but it didn't show up until about 6 weeks after I stopped the diet. This has shown up very quickly. I am taking vitamins and 7500 mg of biotin. Just bought a special shampoo kit for hair loss from Sally's beauty supply (yes, I'm getting desperate!) Also considered using castor oil on my scalp since I've read that helps hair growth. I haven't changed any of the products I was using prior to the diet. The clinic I go to never advised different and I don't feel like it has caused me a problem. Now I'm beginning to think "pounds, inches and hair!". :-)
I didn't do the Pilates after you mentioned a possible stall. I'll just wait until P3.

Yes. They have a 2 step treatment. You apply it on damp hair and then either sit under a dryer or us a and dryer without touching the hair for about 15 minutes. It makes your hair really hard. The first time freaked me out! But it stopped the shedding instantly for me. Also it is helpful to put it in a spray bottle when applying. It gets really sticky.

Thanks for the info, Niecy. I went ahead and did the 3 step process with the Nutri-ox that I purchased from Sally's. If I see no results after a bit I'm moving on to the Aphogee. I do love Aphogee products as I am using their moisturizing shampoo already and I've tried their conditioner as well. I was just afraid to try both since it might result in too much protein in the hair.
Back down a pound today. :-) how about everyone else?
