    My losses have slowed drastically compared to last week but I knew that was to be expected, I am loosing either right at 1/2 a pound a day or a tiny bit below that but I'm still happy with those results and so glad I finally found a dose that leaves me not hungry that is just great. I lost .4 today so that's pretty good, I had no cheats at all yesterday didn't even finish all my food I could have for the day just wasn't hungry and that was such a nice feeling.

    I'm down another .8 today....yay!! A little worried about traveling, but I will make good choices. Will not weigh again till Friday morning.

    Stay strong and go easy on yourself. We all stall and sometimes even go up. I was up yesterday, but big down today. I'd hold off doing an apple day unless you stall for more than 3 days. Just the thought of eating nothing but apples all day can make you want everything forbidden. Could it be (here's the Dr. Phil in me) you are subconsciensiously afraid to get below 200?     I'm also down 1.6# today. What a relief after being up yesterday. I made sure I ate all my 500 calories yesterday and it worked. Some days it very hard to get 500 cal. in. Who'd think I'd ever say that? 500 cal. used to be a small snack.

    So glad you go that dosage right. I too travel quite a bit. I actually got the point I would check bags and pre-cook meat, place in individual zip lock bags, then one large bag. I'd stop at a grocery store to get fresh spinach and some broccoli, apples and oranges once I go to my destination. Easy to do if your flight is less than 2 hours. I try to stay at a Marriott Residence in since they have micros + fridges in the rooms, so you are set for dinner. Lunch can be cold chicken breasts on the spinach and you have your fruit.

    I know a huge PITA.....if you haven't planned, the best thing to have is fish (if you eat it). Most of the preparation will not have much fussing with it.

    Happy B-day Val! Truly the BEST gift is the one of seeing that scale go down...down....down!

    As for me the scale went down .1 today. That was to be expected after my large loss yesterday. Big losses for me are usually after AND before tiny losses or even stalls. So, if the scale isn't moving much, don't dispair! Hope everyone has a great day. It's sunny here in WI but brrrrrrrrrr is it COLD!

    Like OTMOM, Why hello 170s! I haven't seen you in over a year! Down .4. I'll take it. Going to have 1 egg yolk and egg whites for lunch for a change. Had a good loss a few days ago on that.
