    March 2014 Loaders (and late Feb)

    Thanks everyone for the suggestions and ideas. As the day went on today I felt a lot better and clothes were fitting really well, so I know I'm smaller just not on the scale and that's ok. I did measurements the last round but just didn't worry about it this time. I think what I will do tho is take them at LIW so that I know when I'm gaining inches etc. I am just using my clothes and I can pretty much fit into everything again, I think. A few pairs of pants may be little tight but not bad. I've got about 5-7 lbs to go or hopefully decrease in body fat %. I need to do the math and see what that will be. Either way, I feel good and I'm in the home stretch just gotta hang in here. And I was craving coffee and sugar today. Leaving those cravings for sugar right here!!! I haven't been sleeping very well so I know that has a lot to do with it.

    shiningthru I know most are skeptical about the apple day and I've heard it doesn't always work, but it helped me break a stall and then I started to lose again. I'm not sure why it worked. I'm thinking I was retaining water and may just tend to gain around the time I ovulate. I tried it because I was curious and read it helps some, but I was a little nervous because I read that it can cause a gain or just show a temporary loss. I hope you can break that stall!!
    That's interesting about the apple day. I think I thought that was for P3 for some reason. But doesn't make sense in P3. Good to know it worked for you. I think sometimes our bodies just need us to switch things up. And as I'm writing this, I'm saying to myself that I prob need to switch things up lol.

    Shining...I know it stinks but it is totally normal to slow down towards the end of the round. That's why I'm so nervous! But, the good thing is I feel like when you are pretty stable at the end of p2, it makes for a much easier P3. I really like the measurement thing too. I take mine once a month, and then at the end of each phase as well. After p3, I can be 2 lbs up but when I look at my measurements and pics, the difference is astounding. I lost 8 lbs on FMD in r1p4, and the pics between r1p3 and p4 were unbelievable and it was just 8 lbs! My r2p4 was not as successful. I did FMD and did not lose or gain anything, but I did lose inches. It wasn't as dramatic, but still there. I know I'm rambling now, but the point is take your measurements and pictures they really help!

    For a stall you could try a detox bath...it usually works for me and is really relaxing! Just be prepared to sweat!! I may take one this week too.

    Good job meld and sugar...we just need to stay the course! I just keep saying head down, feet forward. The days are going to pass anyway so it's better if I am trying than not!

    AFM, I'm down 1.2 lbs today into some new losses since the PI! That feels good! Just want to squeak out a few more. I am having extreme mental hunger since I've been back from vacation!! Also perusing pinterest for Easter recipes and desserts at night is not too good for that! Lol! I guess I like to torture myself. I just keep having lots of cups of tea!! I had to break down and have the red velvet chocolate tea last night bc I was craving chocolate so badly. I think it's protocol but not sure!

    Elena, I use the dark chocolate Better Stevia. It has a nice chocolate flavor, richer than the others.

    AFM: It looks like I am stabilizing at LIW + 2. I looked back over the last week, and basically every day I was the same weight which is 230.6. LIW was 228.6. Sure I would love to be in the 220's, but my goal this round was to lose *something* and *stabilize*. This is P3D10, so 11 more days to go in P3, and I have no intention of cheating. Maybe I will add a fruit a day back in, since I have been forgetting to eat fruit. Breakfast was sauteed yellow bell pepper and mushrooms with scrambled eggs over them and swiss cheese. My white jeans don't fit yet, but maybe they will after a round of FMD in P4.

    You are doing so well stabilizing! Good for you. Those jeans will fit soon enough. I'm really looking forward to FMD again!

    I'm at the same weight today. No loss but no gain. I'm up .6 from Monday. I think it must be my TOM causing the gain. A little TMI, but it's really heavy. I soaked through a panty liner last night and didn't realize until I woke up at 4 am and had soaked through my pajamas. I also had a bit of an anxiety attach this morning. I decided to try St. John's Wort and a vitamin c and b complex pill. I didn't see any oils in the ingredients and I hope these don't cause a gain, but I needed to try something to get rid of this anxiety. I don't know how long they take to show any improvement, but I think the herbal tea also helped some.

    Anyhow, awesome losses reported!! I am reading about cheese and eggs and it's just making me more excited for P3. I guess I will technically still be on the VLCD (though finished with the injections) on the weekend, so no Easter dinner food for me. Oh well, it makes it easier to avoid temptations.

    Good morning everyone. Took some meds and pretty much rested yesterday evening. I don't feel sick. If forced myself to each a piece of turkey(only thing I had ready to go in the fridge and didn't feel like cooking) and some pickles. Still woke with a headache again this morning. I notice my rash is going away...maybe it has something to do with it...detox or something. Anyway vlcd23 and lost another 2 lbs this morning....total of 19 thus far. I am hoping to hit 25 by my last injection.

    LynnR - I hear ya on fitting in to clothes. I have a couple of pair of pants I'd like to get into as well. I would love to loose some inches in my butt and thighs...lol

    elena05 - you are doing so awesome...you are such an inspiration. I hear ya on the Easter recipes...it's going to be tough but I plan to keep myself busy as possible with other things that I am not tempted.

    I was wondering if anyone had success losing during P4? I am still debating doing another round and would like to plan ahead. I will be finished with P2 and starting P3 on Monday. I counted 6 weeks from then and think I can start another round in June or I can hope that I lose some in P4 and plan another round later if I'm not losing well. I've read that some continue to lose and some can't lose even with exercise (not sure why some lose and some can't??). I am not sure how I'll be but hopefully I can figure this out. I'm really wanting to be healthy again.
