    for the 5th or 6th time, im back. holidays was "fat girlpalooza" for me. i bought an ifit nordic trac and its been really cool, but now, i need to get back on the hcg wagon and bring this sucker home. As for the movie I mentioned last year, I am going to star in it as well as another, i am writing the books to coincide, and life has just been hectic/exciting. so my newer motivations for hcg are the health and movie side of things. i may not be on everyday, but i will sure as hell try for everytwo. this thread helped to hold me accountable last time and i need all the help i can get! good luck girls.

    Good to hear from you Lakeisha! So exciting about writing and starring. You must be motivated. Direct some of that to HCG and you will do good.
    Towers I hope you are feeling better. Those bad colds have been going around. Drink lots of water and get better.
    AFM-The cruise was great. The weather and the people were perfect. I started off good but ended eating what is not great for me. To be honest I don't do that bad compared with others. I do not drink really and I watch my portions. I think carbs are just not my friend though. I gained 8 pounds on the cruise. Add the 8 to the 6 I was stabilizing at and I am 14 over where I ended. The worst part is that I couldn't stop. I kept right on eating the carbs and sugar. So I started R3 yesterday. I was already loaded so I started VCLD at 160.9. Today I was 157.6. I do love this diet. I wanted another round to clean out the carbs and get me mentally back in the game. I have worked way to hard to go back to where I started. I am doing it with my girlfriend and I think we are only doing a 23 day round. I am going to see where I am at then and make a decision. I have a lobster Feed on March 24th. I don't care about the carbs but I would like to eat the shrimp and lobster that night. I would hate to lose a week to a one night dinner. Hope to hear from you guys. Have a great day!

    I will talk to myself I guess. I look at the other forums but it is hard to connect. I am down 1.6 today. This diet is really hard but I want to get down again. I can do this!!!!!

    Hi ladies!! Just wanted to drop in and say hi and see how you all are doing! I took a break from the forum and from being so super strict with my dieting. I was getting too caught up in the details and stressing too much over every little thing. After clearing my head for a while I got back on the horse and started another round a few weeks ago. I've been doing pretty good, I had a few slip ups but overall I'm much closer to my ultimate goal! Sounds like those that are still here are back on p2 again. How have things been going? Hoping to be on here a bit more. Ok, take care

    Round 2 loss: 23lbs (40 days)
    Round 3 loss: Let's not talk about it...

    Hi Guys,
    Just wanted to check in and let you know that P2 is still going. I am down a total of 11.6 pounds in 18 days. Not bad except it is weight I already lost in R2. I have come to the realization that my body doesn't want to go much lower and I am okay with that. I started another round because after vacation I was up another 8 pounds from where I stabilized, and that is a definate no way!
    I am thinking that I will be done with a short round this on Thursday morning. That would be 20 days and then I would have 2 days without my spray. This would let me eat cornbeef and cabbage on Saturday night and eat P3 on my birthday Sunday. I could go the full round but I am not sure it would be worth it mentally. Like I said my body really fights me at this point and I am happy with where I am. Right now I am 5ft 8.5" and weigh 149.3 pounds. Sure my thighs could be a little smaller but ?????
