I did HCG about a year ago and lost 30 lbs. I am back on it and was wondering if anyone else has spaced their rounds in this way of waiting a year. I am also wondering if the second time you lost more or less. Both times, it seems that the first week is really great then it slows. Let me know. I am really curious!

Round 1 Starting day = Jan 1 @ 192 VLCD45 = 168
Round 2 starting day = July 14 @ 181 VLCD43 = 158
Round 3 starting day = Jan 5 @ 181 VLCD45 = 158
Round 4 starting day = June 1

I've done 4 rounds and the 2nd was probably the hardest. I did 2 more days than the 1st round and lost 3 fewer pounds. But, on average, I've lost between 20-25 lbs per round (typical 40ish day rounds).
