love the spread sheet. I cannot get the drop downs to work though... is it magic??? I'm VERY computer challenged so any help would be much appreciated!! BTW, we started at the same time. I'm doing hHCG and have reduced 7 pounds so far. Looks like you are close to the same.... You go girl!!

Hi Shirley, in some software applications the drop downs don't work. And i am finding more and more issues with them. in fact tomorrow i think i am going to go to a previous version that was less "sophisticated" but had a lot less bugs. Come join us on the Easter thread.

Racquel, this is the BEST! I just started my first round of the first day of the VLCD, and this will be so helpful!

Is there someplace to change the height for the BMI? Or how tall are you?
