You can skip your fruit for the day but that's the only thing you can do. Whatever you gain will come right back off though so just be strong.
I was majorily stressed this morning and figured a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit would make it all better. Well it didn't. I am drinking water like crazy cause that always seems to help me drop some but is there anything I can do? I know by lunch I will be hungry and plan on eating a small grilled chicken salad with my no calorie dressing. Maybe skip supper or just eat some protein. Any other suggestions? I don't want my weight to go up. The scale fairy has been good to me. Don't want to make her mad.
