    Red face P2 Day 3 - Anyone else start P2 on Sat, Jan 28?

    Just trying to find people starting the same day as I did so we can keep each other updated & motivated. I started at 237.4 and am down 6.2 lbs since Saturday! My goal is 125-130.

    Definitely! Are you on drops or injections? Just curious. I'm using drops.
    How has the diet been for you so far? I'm still having some hunger issues but it's not as bad as the first day! Thank goodness

    I'm doing the drops also. I love all fruits and veggies so I'm not struggling too bad with the choices. If I start feeling pretty hungry I just use 2 or 3 drops and usually the hunger fades pretty fast. I normally dont eat breakfast or lunch and have a queen size dinner .. lol .. I know right .. probably part of the reason I've got all this excess weight.. so far managing very well though .. gonna be a long road but its also long overdue for me so I appreciate a site like this where u can communicate with other people and get answers before u get so frustrated .. have a great evening ..     Good Morning gang .. quick update down 2 more pounds .. for a total of 7 lbs in 4 days .. wish one of you dear hearts would tell me how to get this crazy lil ticker to show up ..lol .. hope you have a great day ..

    Wow, 7 lbs in 4 days is awesome! Go you!

    I too started loading on January 28th, making this my 3rd VLCD day. I was down 3.8 pounds on Tuesday morning, but only lost another .8 by this morning, which is a bit frustrating. I'm doing the real HCG drops and am also vegetarian. I had such high hopes after losing that 3.8 pounds (most of which came off on one day). Thankfully, I really haven't felt any between meals hunger. I have been spreading my meals out throughout the day by eating the fruit/melba as snacks in between. I'm actually a little concerned I"m not getting enough calories because it seems like the 2 servings of fruits/veggies haven't added up to many calories.

    As for the ticker, go to the page where your ticker is located (the url under the a href code in your signature). After you have logged in, you should see a page that has two code boxes at the bottom. Copy and paste the code from the box that says BBcode into your signature. If you don't see this page when you first login, then go through the process of editing/updating your weight, and click next. The codes should be on that page.

    That's great progress! I'm down 1.6 since yesterday which is 7.8 so far.

    I was just thinking as I was reading that I needed to let you know your ticker isn't working. lol! Did you get the code in html? That's what I did wrong the first time. Not sure though because I used a different site for mine.

    Thanks for the help with the ticker .. I bought the grisinni bread sticks .. they are ok but real tiny and ur only allowed one so i dont bother ever eating it .. as for the fruits and veggies i have been kinda juggling it around .. i have my 3.5 oz chicken shrimp or fish and depending on whether i had lunch or not .. alot of times i dont do lunch just a few extra drops.. i will have a cup of cooked cabbage or the 10 med asparagus spears .. yesterday i cut up a whole med tomatoe and half a cucumber small slice of raw onion and spritzed 1 or 2 drops of lemon juice on that and put it in the fridge.. i had 1 cup of that veggie mix with my chicken for dinner and a wonderful orange .. I was very full .. usually not quite half a grapefruit for breakfast or mid morning if i get a lil hungry .. i dont think we are supposed to do any tweaking with the protocol .. but i figure i know my body and if i can adjust a lil for me personally and i dont lose as much one day thats ok ill make up for it tomorrow .. yesterday instead of 3.5 oz chicken i had exactly 4 oz .. since were so limited to the actual foods that are accepted i'm trying to make it work for me .. so far so good .. anything i can do to assist please let me know ..     lol . .thank you andrea .. im gonna work on the silly lil thing today .. ill figure it out eventually .. wow .. 1.6 thats awesome .. i was so skeptical the first day .. i have tried everything on the market .. dr perscribed over the counter .. hate to think of all the money i have spent on weight loss and diet aides that dont work .. im real hopeful and encouraged with the hcg drops .. got 75 lbs to lose and its alot .. and i know its not gonna happen overnight .. you guys are great inspiration, motivation and help .. so glad i found this forum ..
