when u go to ur mail and click on signature .. when u copy and paste ur ticker check to see if it shows at the top in the preview window .. i kept seeing only the ticker word thread .. must have done it right cause i finally saw my ticker in the preview .. and low and behold it was on the forum thread when i post ..
oh my goodness.. I finally found a salad that I like on HCG. HCG VLCD Spinach, Chicken & Strawberry Salad. This is so good - I also made it with romaine lettuce
2 cups spinach, washed, dried
100 grams chicken (warm or cold)
5-6 strawberries, sliced
Strawberry vinaigrette (recipe under “Sauces/Dressings”)
1 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 fruit
HCG Diet Strawberry Vinaigrette
5 strawberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 dropper of Stevia ( I used a packet of sweet and lo)
Dash of salt
Combine 3 strawberries with remaining ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Cut up the remaining 2 strawberries and mix with spinach leaves. Pour vinaigrette over spinach leaves. ( I also used a few more strawberries to get to a cup full)

How awesome danielle .. just wrote the recipe down .. will try it tonight ..sounds delicious .. thanks for sharing .. i have been spritzing a lil lemon juice over my salad ..not bad but your strawberry finding sounds way much better .. lol .. down a pound since yesterday .. it feels so wonderful to watch the scale move a half or full lb everyday .. my first goal is to see 199 .. ive been over 200 for so many years thats gonna be a milestone for me ..
