I don' think I'm supposed to load since I'll only be off for a week, but its tempting! lol I will probably "load" with tons of bacon and cheese and high fat items the day before I start to help ward off hunger the first few days back. I'm down 25lbs in 26 days, so not bad. Most losses were the first few weeks - I had not stabilized from my gains last round so I think I lost quickly because of that. I also noticed I did lose a lb on days I worked out lightly. So I will *try* to do that more when I restart, its been sporadic. Debating doing drops when I start up again instead of injections for about 3 weeks, then going back to injections. I don't want to build immunity and I plan to be on p2 for another 50 days or so (hoping to drop 35lbs in that time, 40 would be amazing, will settle for 25 if I have to, but I'm hoping doing the light workouts will keep things moving when they slow down, and may try an apple day - though 1 apple for me and EVERYTHING goes out of my system - I think I'm slightly allergic). I won't be done, I'll still have 50lbs to go and will be on break May-June and start again in July for the long haul! I purposely don't have any trips planned in July, August and September so hopefully I can do well during that time. Its new territory for me, never in my life have I been under 165 (which I'll pass sometime in July I hope).

@Mermaid - how have you been? are you still doing 40 days?
@MrsKinney - How are you doing?

This past week went well for me. It was the previous week (Vday week) that went wrong. I actually did a planned interruption because i went to 2 clippers game in a suite. They cater food and have an amazing dessert tray. So instead of fighting all the events that took place that week, I just stopped the drops 3 days before. I stayed away from carbs but sugar was my friend/enemy. I did gain 2lbs but I am happy to say that I have lost that and then some. I planned to take the drops until the 29th which is 1 more week, but since I decided to go off protocol last week I may extend it.

I asked the forums if it is possible to go to the drops after the HCG injections. I will not be doing another round and I will only have about 10 pounds left to lose. It would be nice, but I never got any responses. I would just start the drops after my 40th injection. What do you think?

Finally, I lost a half pound. Yippee! So now I have lost 18 pounds. I am happy with that, as long as I keep losing. Glad I don't have to do an apple day yet. How is everyone else?

Well this is my last of the Hcg shots. I'm at 133.2. So I lost 17.8 pounds not bad. But still have until Friday on the diet. My 1st real breakfast will be on Saturday.
So looking forward to that, plus will be going to a kids birthday party. But that will be easy. I will have food I can eat there. I just wont eat any "bad" foods. Well hope everyone is doing well.

lwolvi01--Welcome. I learn so much from all the forums. I gain strength when I have a bad day knowing there are so many others who go through it with me.

I am hoping to cross into the 170's in the morning. I was down to 181 this morning. It was exciting but was secretly...okay, openly, wishing to see the 170s. I have just over 2 weeks left of my 42 this round. Getting off for weeks of phase and then back on for a shorter, 28 day round and hoping to end it all at 155. I would be absolutely stoked if I saw 150. At 6 foot tall I would look pretty darn good.

Question for all of you. I find myself always feeling bad about the size of pants I wear. Society places women with size 5 and smaller on petastools. I am so tall that I have NEVER been even a size 8. I am recently a heavy weightand gained more than 45 lbs in the last 4.5 years since moving to the north and not running anylonger. Even at my thinnest of 160 I could not break into the 150s but was only able to fit into a few size 10. Mostly 12s. Anyone else struggle with sizes? I am afraid if I do not see size 10 I will not be happy. When I know...looking at previous pics 4 years ago that I looked great. Mental games us women deal with.

On another sharing note....what was the event that made all of realize we could not maintain the weight any longer and must do something about it? Mine...December before my company Christmas party. Isat in the parking lot crying and feeling the lowest I have ever felt. I wanted to be invisible. To boot, a gal I worked with saw me and asked me what was wrong......humiliating!

    Anywho....do share.

I hate to be cliche but the pants size doesnt matter too much to me. I have lost 20lbs and I still fit a size 10. They may be a little baggy but it is ok. In theory, I would have guessed that I would be a size 8/9 by now but some of my 10/11 pants still fit fine. I know that my overall shape has gotten better and I look better in my clothes so that is really what matters.

Clothes sizes....My D and I watch What Not To Wear. And they stress over and over to quit looking so hard at clothing sizes, because there really is no good universal sizing guide. Matter of fact, when they cut out some jeans, for example, there are layers and layers of denim, and they use a metal die that pushes straight down through the layers of cloth. While the die may be sized for a 10, the cloth on top may actually be a size 8, and the layers on the bottom could actually be a size 12 because of the way the cloth pushes against itself and shifts from the pressure of the cutter.

Right now, I am wearing a size 6. I KNOW they are mis-sized, as I can't get into a new pair of 8 Levi's. I just bought two pair of American Eagle 8's last night. So see, they are all different.

As Clinton and Stacy would tell, try the clothes on, and buy the clothes that fit you, regardless of size. A tight 8 will make you look fatter than a well fitting 10! Embrace that height and those long legs!

If you talking about sizes that are in the stores, then no I don't pay attention to those. I have come to learn that it depends on the stores. If you go to an upper end store the clothes tend to have sizes that are "smaller" then lower end stores. I have clothes the ranged from a size 4-8 and that was when I was at 120. It depended on what store I shopped at. I don't buy "expensive" clothes either.

By the way I'm 5'2" so I'm not tall. As long as I look good in my clothes then I don't pay attention to the size.

A long time ago I bought a grown when I was around 125 and it was a size 8. Years later I bought another one for a wedding. I was around 135 at the time. The dress was a size 8. I came to the conclusion that sizes are B.S.
