I got way worse PMS on HCG so that could be it.
I'll have to look into the yogurt day. I don't like steak (Weird, I know!) so that might be a good solution if I gain 2+ in P3.
I didn't stop taking my HHCG while having TOM. Some do, some don't. I figured that rule applied more to the injections.
I would ask Grammy about the planned interruption. It's very specific and I wouldn't want to give you wrong information.
Yep, I plan to be here for another 2 weeks or so in P2 and definitely plan to stick around in P3. I need all the support I can get. This is the last time I go on a diet and I am determined to stabilize this weight.

I do know that if you do a planned interruption for more than 10 days, you have to load again but if is within 10 days, you don't. You basically have to stop the drops 2-3 days (I do three) and continue to eat vlcd even with a planned interruption so it's an ordeal to it... I tried it and gained a couple lbs back but I didnt have a choice but to do one.
Diets tried.....well...that is what's funny..I've never been one for "fad diets". I have always tried to eat in a balanced manner......back 15 years ago, I had 100 pound weight loss (3 kids, 3 years blah blah)...and I did it by weight training, and I ate salad, salad and more salad, with ranch, maybe a hard boiled egg...slowly added in cottage cheese, yogurt and did it over a year and a half. Best shape of my life. Kept it off about 10 years, opened the restaurant and started the most horrid eating habits, like..not eating all day, cept for maybe 2 slices of provolone to calm my ulcer down then dinner like at 9-10 oclock when I was doing the books. Slowly weight started adding up. Then..I hit 45....omg, it's like my metabolism literally stopped and nothing I did, gym, change in diet, nothing helped. I'd lose 10 pounds and it would slow come back on.
I geared up for this for 2 months before starting, knowing it would literally not be a diet but a change in my life. I have adjusted so many bad habits...coffee is down to a shocking 2 cups a day....I do have a few cups of hot tea instead (green tea, sleepytime tea, smooth move when needed, a mint if I have a hankering for another)....and water never used to cross my lips! Now, I must be close to 1.5 sometimes 2 gallons. a day...2 gallons when outside, its horribly hot and humid here. And..I'm eating a routine noon and 5 mealtimes! I've never been a breakfast person so I don't miss that...but find it refreshing to wake up a bit hungry (odd isn't it?)...so on phase 3 hope to be able to finally start my day off right, by eating something....

Starting out in week 4 doing better already! Down -.6 today. Not no 3.2 (congrats on that) but better than the -.2's & -.4's I was getting.
I am within 5 lbs of the goal I set. If I can lose more than that, it'll be great. I'm glad you pushed me on to not qive up too soon. (I would've finished out to day 23) Today is the 23rd injection. So 16 lbs lost is OK, right? I hope my losses are picking up again!
SInce I fly out on the 22nd. . . Do you think I should go into P3 about 1 week before I leave? Can that get me into P3 habits to keep me going while I'm gone? I know I am going to have foods I shouldn't so I am already mentally preparing for a steak day during my trip. Then when I get home I will have another week left of P3 to get on track.
Anyone else freezing despite the weather? I go to my car at lunch and just sit there because I feel that my office is so cold, even though my thermostat says 74.3. Just glad I'm doing this in the summer and not winter![]()
