    Congrats on your total weight loss - that's awesome! I just started Round 2, VLCD day 1 today! I did well in Round 1 & did great in Phase 3 & 4. I waited about 10 extra days between Phase 4 to start Round 2 because of huge event I was running that took several weeks of pre-work & then the 3 day event - I really felt like starting the VLCD the week of the BIG event wasn't smart, but I'm good to go now!

    I'd say that with regards in getting to your goal weight that you might consider doing some JUDD (High/low) days - I lost during maintainence - wasn't trying, but realized when I had a higher calorie day (say 1500) & then the next day was 900-1000, I'd drop a 1/2 pound here & there along the way - totalling up to be 5 pounds during the 7.5 weeks! Just a thought!

I have 2 kids, both of whom weighed more than 9 pounds at delivery. I'm never gonna look like a VS swimsuit model. Ugh men. I'm just seriously irritated. I know I shouldn't care, that as long as I am happy with myself it should be good enough (which I am) but his opinion matters to me. Maybe I'm overreacting or I misunderstood. IDK. Just kind of ruined my day.
    The way I read him is that he sees you obsessing over this one pound you want to lose and he's suggesting you go on a couple of days more and get it over with, rather than doing another round just for that one pound. And I agree with Sassy, tell him how you took it, he'll probably be all big-eyed and shocked at his own fumbling 'compliment'. Aside from that tho, come on, what's a lousy pound? You look absolutely stunning and I'm sure he is more than proud of you just the way you are now!

    BAB Casserole
    Once a week, I cook a BAB casserole to last me for 6 days. Super easy: 12 eggs, 12-24 oz. spinach (frozen, water pressed out), 1 lb. ground sausage cooked, Coconut oil (a few tbsps), and for me, some cheese (you can leave this out if you eschew all dairy).     WOW, that sounds real easy!! I'm certainly going to try it. I just don't believe it adds up to 50+ proteins a day, so I'd add some bacon or something. Alas, no cheese for me during LR (or tomatoes either), I'm taking into account that I might have a leaky gut. Thanks for the idea tho!

    AFM, LR has turned around and bit me in the @$$, up 2.9 this morning !! Even with my 'garbageman' being on strike the last 2 days, this was quite a shock. I'm convinced tho that I need to do the LR, so I'll have to run the risk of completely ruining this 3rd round . Just hope it doesn't continue like this...

    Hello my friends! Looks like everyone is winding down and doing great! So super proud of all of you! AFM, having a horrible time in P3...I just don't get it. I'm looking for all and any help I can get as i'm not doing LR. I'm like Cheryl and need things spelled out for me, but I'm just not getting it!

    Sennaria - I would love any info you've put together, that would be awesome!

    Awww, I'm sorry you are having a difficult time Steph! I opted for the LR and it worked really well for me. I was scared as heck to do it because it seemed to go against all my beliefs but the bacon drew me in...and lo and behold I was very stable. My sister on the other hand chose not to do the LR and had a very difficult time feeling deprived all the time and hungry all the time and found herself cheating. After a week she decided to jump over to LR and then was stable quite quick.
    Just wanted to share that with you.
    Best of luck, I missed all of you guys while i was away!

    Tomorrow is my last injection of 40. I was very impressed with this first round! Down 23 pounds and it seemed very easy! I never would have thought I could survive, and feel good, on so few calories. I don't like a lot of foods, so the limited selection was perfect for me. But.....I'm very nervous about P3. I don't want to gain back what I've accomplished. What is the average weight loss for most during P3? Should I expect it to be about the same as P2? Or less?
