Yesterday was my first load day. I'm laying in bed, scared to step on the scale. My brother-in-law is in town for Lollapalooza and I've been taking full advantage of horrible foods and beverages. Makes me feel guilty after working so hard to get those few pounds off just 2 months before! Excited for P2 on Monday though!!!

Hi ladies, not weighing yesterday proved to be more difficult than I thought. Some addictive behaviors came out, but after journaling, I realized there are some areas in my life, that for years now, have been lacking balance. I have a clear idea of changes I need to make and feel good about it - even excited. Who knew that observing my behavior, instead of beating myself over it could be so enlightening? I love the friendships & support I get here, but for now I'm need to cut back on my online time and focus on the changes I need to make in real life.

Down .4 today with 2 more injections left. The weekend started out well, but today my transmission went out. Talk about some stress. Trying to keep calm so I don't raise my cortisol levels. Hope everybody had a successful weekend.

I totally understand. I weighed yesterday instead of today and I won't get back on for another week. It's scary. I
Literally put the scale away in my laundry room. This will be good for me. I have addictive behaviors and emotional eating habits that are closely tied to the scale. I need to ditch it
    See ya around!!

Day 3 and settling in...have more and more people requesting the manuals I've put together....that's pretty cool....and it's so nice to yet still be getting..."omg I didn't recognize you", "omg you look so good", being called "skinny" by a couple of acquaintances at work (a bit of a stretch but after this round it will definitely fit)...lost 2 pounds over night, slowly finding my "sweet spot' with the drops I think...and belly is adjusting to the lower fats going in and not roaring it's hungry (actually craving feelings for the cottage cheese etc)...this week should be the week I hit my first major goal of breaking a century mark...and that will be a day of celebration!!!!

Today..4 oz filet and 4 oz shrimp are on the menu...I think the filet will just be grilled with a cucumber salad...and the shrimp, maybe a bisque for supper.....

last night had my baked chicken asparagus meal, og so good....that...the szechwan chicken and chili are soooo addictive. (and the cabbage definitely helps with regularity which can be an issue in phase 2)

Anyway, hope you are feeling better Heather....khonninr my thoughts are with you today....hope it is going wonderfully for you.

    Talk to everyone tomorrow.

Down a whole lb today! Tomorrow is LIW, but I am thinking of extending just until the weekend. IDK I will see how I feel tomorrow. LOL I am so close to goal. I will be doing a round 2 in 6 weeks, so maybe I will give my skin a break b/c it is starting to get looser I am noticing.
