Really? No one has experienced this at all? I guess I am just surprised - I must be a first.
Good Morning - Ok I am trying not to panic but I seem to be at a stand still with my weight loss. Week 1 I lost 8.2, week 2 I lost 5.9 and week 3 only 1.9. I have been at the same weight now for 2 days. I have done nothing different. I have stuck to this protocol without a single cheat or bite of anything that wasn't listed on Dr. S's sheet. Am I to expect a slow down because my body is trying to catch up or what? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance for your replies.
Hi plentyI just saw this. It's not "technically" a stall until you hit 4 days with no movement on the scale. If you're just now experiencing a slow down at day 22, I'd say you're doing pretty good
Slow downs and even stalls are normal and will eventually correct themselves. I had a 5 day stall my second week, TOM related in my case. Don't let it get to you! Keep doing what you're doing, bc it sounds like you're going great!
22 days and no stalls yet is fantastic! Look at the stats in my signature - week 3 was just not nearly as exciting as week 1 or 2! But now two days in week 4, I have already surpassed my week 3 loss. Don't fret; it will correct!
