    Great plan, Kundalini! Especially going when going away. Have fun!

    I am finally home, lol. I have been home 2 half hours to grab my food, get ready and go again. What a day. Had fun though. Only wished I could grab that latte on the go but this is good discipline. Plus it saves money to not get coffee on the go. Besides, latte's on the go do not come with hwc and co so who am I kidding?
    So spoiled. Looking forward to a day in the yard tomorrow. Hope you all are having a great weekend!

    Sounds like a fun day Mrs.
    I'm glad you like my new plan. It feels like a relief to me. Having no losses in over 2 weeks has really gotten to me.

    Annie, its true technically I am only to do 40 days, but people on homeopathic drops often go much longer because there is no immunity issue to worry about. The other reason not to go so long is that we are not supposed to lose more than 34 lbs in one round. If that becomes an issue for me in my last 18 days after my planned interruption then I'll just stop as soon as I reach the 34 lb mark. So far I've only lost 13lbs in 35 days, so it seems unlikely I'll encounter that issue. I'll sure be happy if I do though, LOL.

    It would get to me to! I am still losing but it is slow and I am having to keep give myself pep talks. I can't imagine not losing for so long!

    My detox bath consisted of 1 pound of Epson salt and a full box of bathing soda....in the hottest bath water I could stand for 20 minutes. You sweat like crazy, make sure you drink as much water as you can while in the bath. You continue to sweat even a few hours after, it is very relaxing!!!

    Ive never heard of bathing soda. Is it an easy item to get?

    Well I failed miserably today at a family graduation party. My dog stole my meats which I brought for the day, we ran late, and all they had to eat at the event was desserts and snack chips and dips. I didn't go overboard but I could not control it very well. It was out in the country and no way to get to a store. Blaghhhhh. I'm suffering.

    You can do one of two things, Annie: take a break or keep going and stick to POP. The first may give you a break to eat P3 foods and enjoy them and then get back on.

    I am finding this round a lot harder than my first as well. Haven't caved but wow, it has been harder to not slip in that french fry or piece of chocolate. Been tempted to take an interruption but I can't schedule wise. I want to be done at the end of June with this round to enjoy P3 on vacation. Can't see myself camping and not enjoying bbq ribs!!!

    Anyway, I hope you find your grove again, Annie! You can do it! In the long scheme of things, this is a small window in time. Weeks with slow losses are the hardest, but things are still happening, things that we won't see till P3 or later, reshaping and losing inches and all.
