    Round 2 Phase 2

    Any people out there on Round 2 Phase 2? I would love to commiserate with fellow R2'ers!

    -Just loaded over the weekend, gained 7 lbs!! I have heard this round is tough mentally.

    I am on R2 into my 3rd week . . . ya, I would consider it a little tougher. The dose I took last time, left me hungry this time, so had to adjust. I'm already bored with protocol foods, so mentally, I want to test different foods. I'm having to really fight that! The first week was hardest, getting back into the swing of things. And yes, loading sucked!! LOL . . my first round, I lost a couple lbs. This round of loading, I gained almost 5 lbs! Grrrrr . . . I will admit, it seems to be getting a little better now that I know its DIFFERENT. The mental challenges are getting a little easier. Good Luck!

    R2P2VLCD1 here. I haven't done my morning weigh in yet, but I bet I gained 8-9lbs loading. Is that even possible, lol?

    Round 2 was definitely tougher for me also. I ended up taking an unplanned interruption and then got right back into the swing of p2 with a clear head. I have stabilized and am now in p4. Good luck to you! It can be done.

    i started round 2 loading sat. gained 6lbs and it's now gone plus 2lbs. yes, already its harder this time for some reason. i'm exhausted all the time and cranky. only have 8lbs to go, so it will be worth it!!

    I was on the fence a little whether or not I should do a second round, since I have only 10 lbs to my goal weight. However, the reshaping the first round made SUCH A DIFFERENCE. I was always one of those people that could never get rid of the gut no matter how much I exercised. After round one, it was the first time I could wear jeans without a "muffin top".. amazing. That's what is going to keep me going this round.. BIKINI SEASON.. and for once I can wear a bathing suit to a pool party and enjoy myself instead of making excuses why I "forgot" my bathing suit.

    VLCD1, and I keep wanting something for breakfast, and I'm not even hungry. I am definitely going to have to watch myself today. I don't want to accidently eat something out of habit, lol.

    R2VLCD day 4 I am so glad to be back in P2! When I loaded Friday and Saturday I felt so crappy and gained 5.2 pounds ( which I had lost in the beginning of P3) This round actually seems easier so far because I know what to expect and how I'm going to feel. I'm just praying for a good round to avoid doing 4 rounds, no matter how well I do I know I'm going to need a 3rd one, which would be fine if I didn't have to load, I hate,hate,hate feeling bloated!




    Round 1P2 Complete down 21.8 lbs. ( 14.5 inches!)
    Round 2 Pre load 148.6 Post load 153.8 + 5.2 lbs Holy cuss words Batman!!!!
    5-11-11 R2 P2 60 day round done!
    R2 P2 losses 31.2 lbs. 18 inches
    Total HCG losses 53 lbs. & 32.5 in.
    Off to loose these last 7 lbs. then GOAL!

    My load day included 6 woopie pie cookies (at 300 calls each), a bag of doritos, pizza, chocolate cake, pizza again, bread rolls with butter, artichoke & cheese dip, sausages.. and more.. When I weighed in the day after and gained 7 lbs I cried thinking "what have I done", basically gaining half of round 1's losses... On VLCD3 and lost is all on the morning weigh in .. THANK GOD.

    Hi there I just started round 2...this is vlcd2 for me today..I'm finding today harder than yesterday...more out of boredom wanting something to eat...my first round I lost 28lbs in 40days..and need about 20 more to go.
    I only did 14days of phase 3 and maintained eating completely anything so I wanted desperately to go beyond that and get back on the horse and get these last 20lbs gone forever.
    today i lost 2lbs..YIPPEE but never gained on my load day (only did one day)



    Round 1 Phase 1--200lbs..did a cleanse and lost 4lbs R1P2Loading Day 1=196 R1P2Loading Day 2=196.6

    R1P2VLCD WEEK 1=Down 7.2lbs
    R1P2VLCD WEEK 2=Down 5.6lbs
    R1P2VLCD WEEK 3=Down 3.0lbs week of TOM
    R1P2VLCD WEEK 4=Down 1.8lbs horrible week of stalls
    R1P1VLCD WEEK 5=Down 6.6lbs (planned interruption gained 3, but then lost big)
    VLCD36=173.0 still doing the happy dance
