I am on R2 into my 3rd week . . . ya, I would consider it a little tougher. The dose I took last time, left me hungry this time, so had to adjust. I'm already bored with protocol foods, so mentally, I want to test different foods. I'm having to really fight that! The first week was hardest, getting back into the swing of things. And yes, loading sucked!! LOL . . my first round, I lost a couple lbs. This round of loading, I gained almost 5 lbs! Grrrrr . . . I will admit, it seems to be getting a little better now that I know its DIFFERENT. The mental challenges are getting a little easier. Good Luck!
