ive been stuck at 152 for 5 days, been sticking to protocol . im on R2p2D15. Been eating a piece of coco crack a day. Drinking plenty of water. Any advice? since i started back on P2 ive lost 5 pounds.
If you're eating cocoa crack, you aren't sticking to protocol.
And it may be fine for you ... I'm just pointing out it's not protocol so that may be the culprit I'd start there, personally.
Cocoa crack is definitely not on protocol. and it can keep you from stabilizing later as well.
