    Is it time to stop? Please help.

    for 3 days now, i've been experiencing debilitating exhaustion, my whole entire body aches, and i've had a constant headache. I'm on day 27 and I've lost 28 pounds. Im taking homeopathic drops, 15 drops 3x per day. im not experiencing any hunger, just crazy cravings and what feels like menstrual cramps as well (but no period). My skin is also breaking out in horrible eczema, the tips of my fingers are so dry they are cracking open, i have bandaids on them. I've been using aloe, coconut oil AND a really good lotion that always works for me when i have this problem. the heels of my feet are also breaking open. im sleeping with socks and gloves on tonight to (hopefully) help with this.

    I've read that if your body has had enough, you should stop. But i'm not sure if mine has? I havent been on this all that long, only 27 days. I'm not sure what to do, i'd really appreciate some advice!!

    Thanks all

    It could be that you need to stop or that your body is detoxing. I would maybe do a PI and see what happens. If you are doing better and can go back again try it. If not I would transition off. Also I would add some kind of detox to assist your body. I use a cleanse patch that works great. There are a number of things you can do to detox. I would imagine you are pretty miserable. From the sounds of it though do you get this at other times? Dieting can weaken your immune system and this may be a cause. Taking Colloidal Silver 6 times a day for a couple of weeks, and then once or twice a day may be helpful. This may help your immune system.

    I hope you feel better.
    I am down over 70 pounds total!!

    My fingers get dry from very very mild eczema (I live in a dry desert), but I've never experienced cracked and bleeding skin before. I do have some colloidal silver, so I will start. What is a PI? I think my health food store sells the detox patches, I'll go there tomorrow. I am pretty miserable. I just don't know how long to push through it before I know whether it's Detoxing, or my body rejecting the diet. I've lost a good amount of weight, and would like to lose more, but my confidence is being squashed right now... . I'm bummed, I only have 13 days till I finish p2!

    PI = planned interruption

    The company I get my supplies from has some cleanse patches and also they have one I don't remember off the top of my head, I was reading about all their different patches before and I think it's their Acne patch that helps ecxzema. I would look into these. The ones I used were very good and I have not found them in a health food store at least not in my area. Also maybe put some colloidal silver right on the sores?

    I sure hope you feel better!

    Hi Tmoon... I successfully completed an extended R1 late last year, and am 'gearing up' to start R2 for my last 20-25 lbs soon. One thing I found very helpful during my round was an epsom salt soak once or twice per week. If you google the benefits, they are numerous, including helping soften skin, AND detoxing. It's a 'habit' I have adopted on a permanent basis. I also use pure aloe vera to help moisturize. Throughout this 'journey' I have steared away from putting chemicals IN or ON my body, and I've never felt or looked better. I would give that a try before stopping the round earlier than you had planned to.
    Carpe Diem !

    I take them twice per week because my muscles have been pretty achey from the beginning . They don't help at all with the skin issue, only temporary relief from the muscle soreness. I'm gunna go see my homeopath today and get her advice. I woke up with another bleeding cracked finger . I haven't put any chemicals on my body, the lotion I use is all natural jojoba oil, coconut oil, almond oil and another oil that is escaping me right now (morning brain fog). And I haven't even taken anything fir the sorenes, just Epsom baths.

    Oh and I only started using the lotion when my skin started getting really bad and was about to crack. I wish I just used it earlier bc I think it would have prevented this.

    I have oily/combo skin but when I'm on the hcg my skin gets very dry. I take 3000 mg MSM and 1000 vitamin C daily. It helps keep my skin soft. I have not tried the epson salt bath yet. I do take a hot bath every night before bed tho while on hcg. My lower back hurts horribly bad on this diet so the bath relaxes me before bed and helps me sleep. I will def be adding the epson salt tho. Didn't know I could use it. Thanks. If you could hold out for 30 days I would. You stabilize better with longer rounds (30+ days). I use Mary Kay satin hands lotion for sensitive skin. I've used it in all my rounds.

    I had horrible cracking and bleeding hands/feet my last round...You simply must moisturize when it gets to that point...I bought some 100% Glycerin for this time, and hope that it will work...Pure Aloe plant is a good idea as well...I would try moisturizing before I would give up the diet...Who knows? It might not make that much of a difference...
