Well, I'm down 1 pound today. Very good. When TOM shows up next week I won't be too happy, so I'm trying to enjoy the losses while they last
@MsKnitter: You know, I live in SoCal, and NEVER had cactus..in the Caribbean where I grew up, we don't at them. Or maybe some people do, but I never heard of it. They just make juice and it's gross. My dad drinks it every morning. Congrats on the baggy jeans. It feels soo good to validate all your hard work by putting away baggy clothes. Yay!
@Faithful- A late dinner sometimes shows up in the scale for me, but I've had extra fish plenty of times without problems. I had almost 8 oz of Mahi for lunch yesterday LOL...it was sooo delicious I couldn't stop eating it. I'm sure the scale will go back down tomorrow for you. It most likely is your lack of "activity" in the BM dept.
Btw, how do you eat Tilapia?? It always just tastes like dirt to me. I just can't eat it.
I'll just get some magnesium citrate. The reviews on Amazon for that Natural Calm powder are amazing. I almost want to try it just to prove them wrong lol. A lot of people say they had to increase their dose until they started to notice an effect. Maybe your dose wasn't high enough??
