No loss again today. So bummed. Two weeks and only 10 pounds. I cut the salt and increased my water. I work out everyday for at least an hour so I've increased my protein. Thinking I need to cut that down. Also I messed up the day before yesterday and had ground turkey. Maybe that did it. Uggggghh.
