Hello all, I'm currently on day 4 of p3. During the last few days of p2 (after drops were done, but before starting p3) I did indulge in some wine and some p3 foods. After a few days I had gained just over 2 lbs so I did a steak day. The next day I was down again back to my last weigh in weight. I was sick for a couple of days with a cold, and did not feel like eating much, and this morning I'm down 3 lbs below my last weigh in. My question is, I know I have to boost my caloric intake today, but can I do so with by adding carbs? IE can I have a sandwhich / chips for lunch? Or do I need to boost calories by adding more p3 foods, and still abstaining from sugar / carbs? Thanks for any input!

LBS be gone!
Absolutely no sugars and starches. Just eat p3 foods and your weight will come back up a little.
