    Adding foods in phase 3

What steps do you guys take when adding food back in? I'm so nervous about gaining. Like what do you eat the first day of p3? How often do you incorporate new foods? What foods to avoid at the beginning?

This is what I did: first couple days, increase p2 foods and add in oils, butters, sugar-free mayo, and half & half or cream in my coffee. On the third or fourth day, I added in new veggies/meats and a dairy item and had that for three days in a row before adding in anything new. Next, I added in eggs for three days. Then cottage cheese....I went slowly, but increased my calories to 2000 by the second week. I suggest keeping a log of what you eat so that you will know where any gains come from. Good luck and welcome! Remember, if you don't get those calories up, you WILL gain as well.

I'm fairly new to the site but you are my inspiration I started at 184 lbs and want to get down to 130 also. I am starting my second month on the drops and hope I make it. I see you did it in 2 rounds so I know it's possible:-) Do you have any suggestions or tips on how you did it? My first round I only lost 18, so there must of been something I ate that kept the lbs on me. Thank you for any advice you can share.

Thank you My first round I stuck strictly to protocol and held out for 37 days. The second round I used some sugar-free salsa once in a while and chewed sugar-free gum (which stalled the crap outta me). I would suggest not going rogue and just sticking to the protocol. For my fruits, I would have 2 baked cinnamon apples with Vanilla Stevia. They were my favorite thing to eat and honestly helped me get through that second round. Also, I always made sure to drink a lot of water or I would stall from that as well.

I would suggest adding things in really slowly, one at a time, as I mentioned earlier. Get your calories up and don't be too scared to eat. Enjoy your meats and veggies first to fill you up and then use a fruit for a dessert. Or a cup of coffee with flavored stevia and cream...yummy!

So, if I normally eat lean beef during P2, is it okay to plunge into P3 with short ribs or ribeyes?

Oh me too....I've googled recipes and have the hot sauce. Can't trust myself around blue cheese dressing, so there isn't any in the house. I'm making hot legs instead of wings so there's more to eat.
