Ughh. Ok, so background-I didn't cheat AT ALL on p2, or p3. Today was day 8 of p3. Again, haven't cheated at all. I did end up going 2.1 over LDW a few days ago (all i can think of was the miracle noodles I had?) and the day I was over I did a steak day. Weight didn't budge. (That was Thursday) So I figured it "might" be TOM. I ate normal Friday and Saturday. We were out of town-I ate all good p3 foods-but didn't have a scale. I just got home tonight, and was NINE pounds over LDW! I know that you aren't supposed to weigh yourself at night, but still! NINE??? I haven't cheated AT ALL. This has actually been a wonderful round, I haven't wanted to cheat or craved anything bad. I started TOM today, could that be it? Should I do a steak day or FFF tomorrow? I have to be gone tomorrow from 9am-10pm tomorrow, so if so, I'd like to do a FFF day if I can. (All we have at our stores is 2% fage, is that ok?)
My question is, should I freak? Is it TOM? I can't believe this. I haven't cheated and that's what is the worst part

I just happened to read a post you wrote of your first 3 days on P3, and I was like OMG she ate so much and so many new foods, and I wondered how it affected you. It sounds to me (and I am DEFINITELY just going from what I have read on this forum) that you just went a bit overboard with exuberance and added too many things too quickly. Like in 3 days, you had put in almonds, zucchini and cauliflower and were going to put in blueberries and almond flour the next day.
I think I would do a steak day (tons of water of course), and then go to strict P2 foods in P3 quantities (adding some olive oil or coconut oil) for a few days and see what happens. But hopefully someone with way more P3 experience comes in with advice.
It might be the night thing. It really does add on- water and stomach being full; wait until the morning.
JenP -- So, what happened? You weighed at night, and TOM. I bet it was much lower in the morning, but not as low as you'd like due to TOM.
Hopefully, you're back within 2 lbs. of LDW.
R1 165 down to 150.8
R2 WK1: 150.8 down to 143.4 (-7.4)
R2 WK2: 143.4 to 140.4 (-3)
R2 WK3: 140.4 to 138.0 (-2.4)
LDW: 138

I don't think it was the food I added. I would have gained otherwise, it wouldn't have taken 8 days to gain, KWIM? I know it's gotta be TOM, and maybe something I ate. I did eat clean at a restaurant, maybe they had some kind of hidden sugar in the food I ordered? (steak and cheesy cauliflower)
I did end up losing more. I didn't do a steak day yesterday, I ate clean and did a steak day today. As of this morning I lose 6 pounds, and am only 4 pounds above LDW. I am hoping to lose some tomorrow after today's steak day
It has been a crazy and heavy TOM, so I am hoping I am back to normal in a few days!
Buckeye wife, I wanted to ask you-on your siggy I saw you went from 150 to 139. How many days was that round? I am SO excited to get to the 130's and can't wait till I get to start p2 again!!!My ultimate goal is 125
