I am looking forward to the answers you get, but for me, I plan to have a drink next week in P3, I plan to keep it to hard liquor, like rum or vodka in a diet soda -liquor has 0 carbs, which is why I choose to drink this.
Beer is very high in carbs, so I would suspect would be a big no no on p3.... Even a glass of Red wine, I have heard is acceptable in P3...
