The best coco crack I have ever made.....recipe here...

I made a big batch but you can cut it in half, etc..

    I made the following:

    4T of unsalted butter
    4T of Hershey's coco powder
    4T of Truvia
    2T HWC
    1T water
    1/4 C of crushed pecans

I melted the butter in a bowl over boiling water. I mixed the coco pdr and Truvia to get all the lumps out then added it to the butter. I then stirred it constantly until smooth, added the water to thin it out and then the cream. Lastly I added the nuts. Then I poured it into lil muffin tins and popped it in the freezer. After it sets up move it to the fridge. YUMMY.

Doing a Fat Fast Day and this is my food.

I have yet to make any CC but I'm curious is the coco powder the unsweetened? I have some unsweetened at home, plus all other ingredients so may try it to night.

Yes, unsweetened cocoa powder. Personally, I love using the dark chocolate kind ... yum!

Ohhh heavy whipping cream DUH lol....does adding this make it more like milk chocolate because I have made crack (the cocoa variety) in the past and didn't like it because it tasted too much like dark chocolate which I hate. Also, is it better with butter than with coconut oil?

4-I made this almost today-used Stevia instead and it was still bitter. Looks like I didn't put enough Stevia in it-it's pretty much the same as Truvia, right? Will try it again with these measurements! Thanks
