Well I finally made it to P3, this was my 1st time on HCG injections and have lost 16lbs and 17 1/2 inches in total. I guess you can say I am proud of myself...however... since I have been now on P3 and slowly introducing my body to normal food I end up almost everyday with a bloated stomach whenever I eat. Has this happen to anyone else? If not, any clue what I might had done wrong?

It is mostly because you were consuming such a little amount of food on p2 and now are at least doubling that in p3. I second the digestive enzyme
