    Fast meals

    I am in phase 3 and am still three pounds above ldw and i feel like its hard for me to stabilize. I work long hours and dinner is always a problem. Does anyone know of any eady meals or prepackaged meals that i could eat? Thanks. Vickie

    Precooked peel and eat shrimp.

    There's a place out of TX called the Meal Movement. You could probably order some of there food. I ordered their food before start hcg and most everything is really good. There were a few things that I didn't like. I think the lunches and dinners and veggies would probably work for p3. I wouldn't order their snacks cause most are almonds which are good for you but not sure if thats a good p3 choice. You can check out their website (I don't work for them or have any affiliation with them) www.mealmovement.com. When I ate their foods I found it so convenient and healthy.
