    Full Fat Fage day vs. Steak day

    What is a FFF day? How do you do it? What are the results vs. a steak day?

    FFF is a full fat Fage day. You eat 32 oz. of the full fat Fage throughout the day, starting at noon. You can have up to 8 oz. of berries and use sweetener. I've seen a couple of +4 losses, but most are 2-3 lbs. The ladies I've seen do the FFF day average about the same loss as a steak day. It works about the same for me.

    could you use the 0% fage? I've never bought the full-fat and I love the fat-free. just curious.

    I've done both, and a combo of the two. Anyway I slice it I usually lost 1.5 - 2.0 lbs. I prefer a combo day. It's hard for me to go all day without eating, like a steak day calls for.

    A combo day looks like this:
    11:00 a.m.: 1/2 a 17 oz container of FFF and 1-2 oz berries
    1:00 p.m.: Same
    5:00 p.m.: 8 oz NY Strip
    Water throughout the day

    Prayin. this definitely seems easier than a steak day alone. But then I love Fage, as you well know.

    Fage works. I sometime eat as both breakfast and lunch with more than the correct amount of berries and have protein like steak/hamburger at the end of the day and still see a good 2-3 lbs loss.

    I'd be cautious about subbing it for a steak day. many people are sensitive to dairy and it's full on dairy.

    On p3/p4, you really need to use the full fat in order to get your calories up there so your body doesn't think you're starving. 32 oz. of fat free wouldn't be more than 500 calories. Don't worry, the full fat is amazing!

    I didn't know you could do a combo. I just did my first FFF day yesterday. Although I lost 2 pounds, I found it very difficult. I like yogurt but not enough to solely eat it all day long. I considered the steak day first, but I realized that I can't go a whole day without eating! lol Maybe next time, I'll try the combo. thanks for the tip

    I have a question, if the purpose of eating the full fage throughout the day is to keep your body from thinking it's starving, then how does the steak day work? Aren't you essentially starving yourself until dinner?
