    White Stools After FFF Day??

    I'm sorry to bring this up, but googling white stools on the internet has now caused me HUGE concern. BUT, I did a FFF yogurt day yesterday (and lost 2.2 lbs which is GREAT!). Has anyone experienced off-white/white stools the day after??

    Kelli, how you doing now? I hope you've been able to get off some of the weight you gained while on vacation. You do much better on correction days than I do! I've just started a new round and already messed up day 4, LOL. I haven't weighed in weeks....I'm sure seeing the number would tick me off. I had a few days (before and during my 2 week TOM) where I needed Ben & Jerry's, so.....yeah. I'm wearing the clothes I wore during my 2nd round. Pretty depressing!!!! Good luck with the rest of your p3!

    Hi Tracy, Well, I've been kind of teetering back and forth. I got myself back down to 130 from doing correction days last week, but because of bad eating yesterday and the day before, I was 133.8 this morning. One of our local grocery stores is having a Grand Re-Opening and delivered a free bag of groceries to everyone in the neighborhood (who has one of their store discount cards). The bag included their store's version of cheetos, a dark chocolate bar, marshmallows, graham crackers, and a few other things like condiments and a pack of buns. The last two days I had afternoon bursts of eating the bad stuff. I have since thrown out the rest of the marshmallows and today and doing an FFF day to get me back on track. I'm not sure why I did that. I just let loose and literally sat and ate out of the cheetos and marshmallows bags. I never buy that stuff or keep it in the house because of this factor. Regardless, I need to get myself back in gear. I've decided to give the Primal Blueprint diet a try to get me through the next few weeks until I can do one more hcg round and then continue primal blueprint after the round. It seems like something doable for me. There's no need to count calories and it gives me guidance (as opposed to saying add fats back in or add sugars and starches back in). I have to go get the book yet and do a little more research to understand what I'm doing, just as I did with hcg. So, this week I will attempt clean p3 eating until I know what I'm doing with Primal (basically like p3). Good thing I like FFF days... it's like getting to eat dessert all day long for me ;-)

    hello everyone,

    i'm getting ready to start p3 next week so i'm reading up things like steak day,etc. i'm so glad to see that you can replace the steak day with fff day. i've never seen this brand (probably b/c i'm in canada) so when i do it i will have to replace it with another brand. do they sell Fage yogurt at Trader Joes?

    ps. i love greek style yogurt! for anyone who is australian or has been to australia....try the yogurt there at the food fairs. it's too die for and in my opinion, better than ice cream!

    I finished the Primal Blueprint book a couple of weeks ago-it's quite an eye opener! After I lose some of these extra pounds, I'm going to do the leptin reset and then primal/paleo style eating for life. I love marksdailyapple.com and read it daily. Too bad I've messed today up by cheating as well (Dairy Queen and crackers, granola) so I'm thinking I'm not ready for this diet and I just need to get my cravings/binge-yness under control before trying to restrict food. I try not to keep the bad stuff in my house either, but it's hard with eight kiddos and a bf that loves his food. I don't keep junk in the house but we do have granola bars, honey nut cheerio snack mixes, crackers/cheese....and I love 'em all Check in and let me know how you're doing!!!

    You can try any brand as long as it's full fat greek yogurt w/o added sugars

    My FFF day yesterday gave me a 2.2 loss this morning and so I'm down to 131.6lbs. My LDW is 126.6 so I have 5lbs to go yet. Eating clean p3 today and will see what tomorrow brings before I decide what to do next. Maybe another FFF dat on Monday or Tuesday to get off atleast another pound. Going back to working out tomorrow. Primal Blueprint advocates a different way of working out, but I will worry about that when I get the book and get started.

    Nice job!!! I really love the Primal way of working out--much less intense! I have yet to start cuz, like you, I want to lose a little first. I'm excited about also switching my kids from a standard American diet to the primal lifestyle. I have eliminated a lot of junk, though. I'm dreaming of weighing 131 again

    Well, I've been good since Saturday. Did an FFF day Saturday, p3 clean eating Sunday, and FFF day yesterday and am down to 129 from 133.6. I'm happy. I also looked into the leptin reset, but I don't know if I'm leptin resistant so I'm just going to start doing the Primal Blueprint. It sounds like a great way to go about an eating lifestyle and it even accounts for those times in life when you are going to "live" and have fun and eat something bad. I bought the book on Amazon Kindle and have started reading it. For now I'm sticking to p3 guidelines until I fully understand the diet. I would also like to get back down to 126.6 (LDW) before starting as well. If all goes well I might not need to do another round in late September early October. I like hcg and I'm glad it's there when I need it.

    When we do the FFF day are we supposed to be adding fruit to the yogurt or having it plain? I did a FFF day yesterday and GAINED 1.9 pounds!!!! But I added different fruits .... blueberries and apples .... was I not supposed to do that!??! Help!!
