I am starting P3 tomorrow after my 4th round. I did not stabilze well after round 3 but some of that was a mini mental breakdown. I am much better but do not want to repeat my issues with sensitivities to foods. I am all set to do the Leptin Reset. I went to a holistic doc at OSU and he wants me to read and commit to the "Dr. Gundry's Diet Evolution: Turn Off the Genes That Are Killing You and Your Waistline" after P3. I have been reading the book and it is similar except the BAB concept. He wants 3 meals and 2 small snacks. I was just wondering if you had heard of Dr Gundry or read his book. I always value your opinion. Thanks
