Could i make like a smoothie with avocado kale and berries and yogurt when and if I can have dairy?
Sure - though I wouldn't do too many shakes and smoothies... they don't satiate quite the same way. I usually do avocado when I am on the run - just open, remove core, add salt, pepper, and possibly some lemon. Done. Otherwise, I am actually happy as can be doing meat and veggies in the morning.![]()
First off Avocados are AMAZING!! Salt and Pepper also try it with Garlic too cut up or make Guacamole and use melba to scoop! For Breakfast I love the Fage 0% Greek Yogurt Add ANYTHING to it! fruit preserves, peanut butter, cocoa powder with Stevia add some nuts! You cant go wrong! and its filling and has TONS of Protein in it!

Avacodos in the morning I ate some rancid eggs for breakfast without knowing and am well extremely under the weather right now this would also happen today haha
I was talking about Sugar Free Preserves clearly not the full sugar ones its basically just fruit! And Why not Melba Toast you can have it on the 500 calorie and as far as PB goes TRY IT these are Suggestions that I have tried and have worked for me. And Fage has NO SUGAR. I think you need to do more research before lashing out on other ideas.
