Not sure what to do. P3 d14 and lost 5.2 pounds last night.

I know that it has to be water weight (5.2 overnight?! Come on now.). Anyway, should I try to eat more today? I've been eating at least 1500 but normally more like 1800, or else I gain, but I'm really eating to capacity. I'm having a hard time eating just this. Yesterday I had:

2 eggs, 2 egg whites omelette with 1 T butter, 2 pieces turkey bacon and 1 cup asparagus
    String cheese
Can of tuna with 1 T mayo and an apple
    String cheese
Bell pepper stuffed with turkey and veggies that were sauteed in evoo
Large chunk of salmon mixed with 1 T mayo and 3 celery sticks

I'm just not sure if I should try to increase calories today or what?! I AM 4.2 below ldw, but I can't seem to keep my weight up. I have for the last 4 days, but it turns out it was just water. I've been steadily going back to 3-4 pounds below ldw for the last 2 weeks.

I have finally reached at least 1500 per day and doing well the whole way so far P3 D18. I was gone for the weekend and decided to leave my scale at home to discover I've lost three lbs in two days and am now 4 lbs below LDW. I have the same questions as you. I use my fitness pal and don't like to see a high % of my calories coming from fats. I think I'll add more protein via two protein shake snacks. How to get carb intake higher? I am SO sick of salad recently. Ughhh! Any advise anyone?

I've read a few posts regarding this issue and what i've come up with is that if you are eating until you are satisfied and making sure you're getting enough calories then don't worry about it. I think that your body will eventually adjust and you will stop losing. I wouldn't stress too much, just make sure you're not starving yourself.
One day at a time... Slowly but surely.

P3D13: 146.0 (cutting out all HWC for the next week to see how i do)
    P3D12: 147.8 (UGHHHHHHHHHHHH)
P3D11: 146.4 (seriously getting frustrated here. maybe my body likes to be around this number?)
    P3D10: 146.2
P3D9: 147.8 (again? What the heck?!)
P3D8: 145.0 (going to eat super clean today!)

    Don't stress

    Both of you.

When I did my first round a few years back I continued to lose all through phase 3 and even a little into phase 4. I probably lost 10 pounds over that 6 weeks. I was eating well and even drinking some wine. I was just such a well oiled machine that my metabolism was actually working! I kept the weight off for over a year.

Now probably 4 years later I have yo-yoed some (most) of the weight back. I am having to do 2 rounds now to get back to my preffered weight. (I have a major event coming up over seas) Anyways, moral to my story, just listen to your body. If your body is all tuned up you might lose, just make sure you are getting enough nutrients.

Considering the hard time I'm having getting BACK to my LDW, if I lost 5.2 lbs. overnight, I'd celebrate!
