Hi all...I'm on P3D8 and was doing well intiially then had a 1.6 jump. I think it was cheese and cashews, but am wondering if that was really the problem or not. It did cause me to start wondering how many calories I'm getting in a day. I LOVE my coffee with milk, cream, half and half, anything milky, but I've primarily used heavy cream and half and half. When I put my food into fitday I about choked on how many calories and fat grams I'm consuming in a cup of coffee (but it's so good ) So my question is, should I cut back and count calories a little? I've had no cheats in P3 (yea me!) but wonder if there isn't some point where's it's just too much.
