But now I go straight to the red wine. When I read that after P2 people would reduce their appetite and find it hard to eat enough, I thought that was BS... But it's so true. When I cheated this week with that piece of cake - as small as it was - I felt horrible. Not from guilt, it was like a gut bomb and I felt lethargic. It's amazing how reactive our bodies are to different types of food.
