Good morning everyone!!! I entered into the wonderful world of P3 yesterday. I was kind of scared since I had to travel out of town for some Dr. appointments...I still had my 3 cups of green tea in the morn and then I packed my waters, bread sticks, apples, lettuce and BBQ Beef Tips. I didn't realize I was going to be gone all day...I was so hungry when I got home but I tough it out to enjoy my mini meatloaf with fresh tomatoes. Much to my surprise this morning after so long trying to get down just a lb for nearly stalling for 7 Days I finally managed to get down one lb. I understand that you have to worry about gaining and with a 2lb gain you are suppose to do a steak day but what about losing? Eat more??...I can barely eat what I eat now. I also understand that you should continue the 500 calories 3 days (72hrs) from your last injection or drops but is this with the P2 foods or does this include the P3 foods?
One other question, then I will get out of your hair. I found I didn't have the hcg, that’s the reason I cut my round short so I could do the P3 and then hop right back on to lose the rest...but sense this was not hcg would I still have to follow the rules and guidelines.....Some say yes and some say no...I'm wondering if the reason why no one knows what happened to the people that did the amino acids didn't succeed cause they was hungry all the time. Is there anyone that did the amino acids with success? But hey I'm happy that I have lost 21 lbs and I'm sticking to my guns through thick and thin.
