this has been GREaT info and much more precise which is what need!! Thans alcoholswab! Today is my 72 hour day passed my LIW and I'm the same wt as the LIW of 150.8. Woohoo! So this new info is going to be tremendously helpful. Not liking eggs will make breakfat the most difficult. I am, however looking forward to the Spinach Cups I make as breakfast.... Just need to pick up the spinach. So this am I made a GNC whey protein & water shake for breakfast. (have had good results with them even in P2) so hears wishing everyone GREAT results in M1 !! Use your last dose weight, the weight you were the morning you took your last dose of hcg. You'll lose more during the 72 hours, but you'll usually regain that when you put food in your digestive tract once you start eating normally.

Just prepping for when I get to enter Phase 3!
I've heard lots of talk of if one's weight goes over their LIW by more than 2 lbs...but what if they go under instead? As in, what happens if someone loses more weight in P3? I believe I've seen posts that reference something in P & I that mention this phenomenon, but I can't recall. If there is a fix for losing more than 2 lbs -- or if it doesn't need to be fixed -- please post.
