    which pizza to make??

I see a few different pizza recipes for phase 3. One being the popular cauliflower pizza crust, and I saw another one called deep dish and it calls for cream cheese, eggs, parmesean cheese. I tried cauliflower mashed the other day (mashed potatoes) and wasn't a big fan, so would I like the cauliflower pizza?? It seems like both call for a TON of cheese. Is one better than the other flavor wise and phase 3 "safe" wise?? I know cream cheese can be a problem for people (in deep dish recipe), but I haven't tried it yet. I also haven't tried any soft cheeses yet, just mild cheddar. I was wanting to make it Friday night (ph 3 day 13). Thanks!!

I'd just like to comment on this because I'm also interested in hearing the answer. Lol, especially about which one is more p3 safe :-)

A good friend of mine loves doing the coconut flour pizza dough over the cauliflower one. I've never tried any of them. I want to!

ive bee using the one with straight cheeses...ie cream cheese, mozzarella, and parm with oregano and an egg since I did my first round P3 and I have no desire to try the cauliflower one...it makes a nice size pizza and it gives me enough for 2 meals..I love when its first made but I really love it second go round...you really cant tell you arent having bread and I never crave pizza because of it

I thought I saw that recipe, bought the flour, now can't find it. Can you post it or poit me to it?

I have tried the cheese crust recipe and it tasted great, but was too soft for my taste (& that is a a lot of cheese). Want to try both the cauliflower and the coconut flour versions.

I've tried the one with cream cheese, eggs, and parm. cheese. It was okay. I wouldn't make it again. I haven't tried this yet, but I found a recipe somewhere (not sure exactly where) where the crust was meat. You take ground beef, etc, and lay it out on a cookie sheet and bake it in the oven until it's cooked through and then take it out and put your sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you want and then put it back into the oven to cook the top. I know it's not "Pizza", but I'd rather try that than have the cream cheese crust thing again.
