Thread: Starting Phase 3 in 6 days!!!! Anyone else want to join???

    FFF+40 oz green tea+over 130 oz water+good output+detox bath+8.5 hours sleep=SUCCESS

    I drank green tea all morning at the office then about
    1 p.m. I had 14 oz full fat with 4 oz blueberries
    3:30 p.m. I had 14 oz full fat with 2 oz strawberries
    5:00 p.m. I had 7 oz full fat with 2 oz strawberries
    that along with good output and a detox bath before bed and I dropped 1.8. I'm 1.6 over ldw for my P3 do-over day 1.

    P3D1 ~ Today I will have eggs for breakfast, burger patty and salad for lunch and salmon and asparagus for dinner.

    Good Morning Ladies,

    It's been a while since i've posted. Chugging along in P3 and i seem to be "stablizing" (dont want to jinx myself lol) with my weight flunctuating between 153 and 153.8 (LDW is 153.6). I did have a jump to 154.6 last week but thats because I O'D on almonds. I can literally eat a whole bag of them --sigh my weakness.

    I hope everyone stabilizes well

    Whoohoo, that is awesome success indeed!!! Your menu for today sounds yumm, too.

    I am down .2 lbs again today, just like yesterday, so I am doing ok. We are going out to breakfast this morning to Denny's and I will have an omlette and coffee. Lunch at home and for dinner we are meeting friends at a restaurant, but I will have a seared ahi salad and that should be ok, as I have had it in the past. Than going to dance around a fire pit at the beach, which should be fun and good for me...

    Good morning, glad to hear you are doing well. Darn almonds, right? But at least you know what works and what doesn't....hehehe

    I bought some almonds to have in my car the other day to snack on while driving kids to and from activities. So far I am oK with them. I am still down .8 from LDW.

    I do feel like I have a slight addiction starting with FAGE. Even my kids are like "geez mom, are you eating that nasty stuff again?" LOL Better than a bag of oreo's!

    Glad almonds are ok for you and, yes, Fage is definitely better than a bag of devil cookies!

    OMG!!! So do I!!!!! Seriously loving this stuff!!!!! I am about to have some again with Blueberries...I totally agree with you, it's better than a bag of oreo's in fact I am going to say it's better than having any dessert...yummmmm....

    Prior to starting hcg i know i had a slight problem with dairy/yoghurt like if i drank too much milk (i had a cereal/oatmeal with fat free milk addiction) i'd feel bloated and gassy aka all-around uncomfortable. so besides 2-3tablespoons of heavy cream in my coffee, dairy has been a "no bueno" since i've been in p3. Howeveer, all this talk about Fage is making me ultra curious about trying it but totally freaked out about the potentially disastrous combo of belly issues that may accompany it.

    Thanks Karri, it should be a fun day. Breakfast down, although I prefer IHOP 100% better than Denny's, I still had a nice breakfast. And now I am going to have me some Fage....
