    trying not to cry because for some reason i'm up again 3rd time in a row this week ever since my steak day on monday. Ive gone from being stable most of p3 to everyday gains. I havent had TOM since 2nd wk of VLCD and i'm not pregnant (unless its immaculate conception) and not on the pill. I havent introduced ANYTHING to my diet since monday and throughout p3 ive stuck to high protein. So now i'm 155.6 up from LDW of 153.6. I'm freaking tired of saying i'm constipated but i am!!!!!! I don't want to starve myself doing a steak day today i just mentally cannot do it sigh i think i might just stick to eating chicken all day.

    I think i need a drink right now even though its not even 10am yet.

    Hope everyone is having a better start to the weekend than I am!!

    Bebifal. I'm so sorry! It sounds like the 'gain' is really from the lack of a BM.

    Have you used anything in the past that will help you 'go'?

    If you haven't already, start drinking a lot of water.

    What have you been eating since Monday? Maybe we can help you figure it out?

    Bebfal, I agree with Carry you might try some Smooth Move Tea or a laxative of some sort. I think you will feel so much better. That may not completely solve the numbers issue but it will help your overall disposition! Good luck..don't give up!

    AFM: Today is day 1 of P4. I don't really plan on doing anything different other than I did buy some bananas so I may try to do a protein drink this afternoon with strawberries, 1/2 banana, flax seed, FAGE, ice and cream. We may go to dinner with friends today but if we do I will do a steak, salad and veggie. Hope everyone has an awesome weekend!

    BTW: Who else is officially in P4? What have you added? Did is work OK?

    thanks for the words of encouragement -- i realllllyy reallly need them!! Telling myself not to let this ruin my girls weekend trip to dc. Go figure as soon as i get off the bus we're heading straight to happy hour lol. Oh well i'm just sticking to chicken, celery and water all day.

    I basicallu have been eating chicken, beef, low sodium water packed tuna (havent had any in a wk), smoked turkey necks (i boil them so they arent too salty), pork chops, eggs (havent had any in a wk), almonds (havent had any in a wk), celery, spinach, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, and heavy whipped cream (2-4tablespoons).

    I literally feel like i'm carrying 2lbs of crap in my belly and its making me feel bloated and uncomfortable. I really think its because i'm not eating enough veggies so because i'm eating so much protein with no BMs its like its just piling on top of each other -- sorry for the graphic description

    Smooth move tea gives me horrible cramps so i'll take so liquid mag citrate tonight

    Till then i'm keeping my fingers crossed.

    AFM - I am down again today, so now 2.8# under LIW. Yesterday was -2.6, ~ the day before -2#.

    I must be eating too low carb.... Average carbs over last four days = 35.5. I likely need to decrease the protein, but it's difficult to get calories up without ingesting too much CO. (I don't mind it, but it's not my favorite. CC isn't bad, though!)

    Tomorrow is the official start of P4.
    I hope this doesn't mean I will be unstable in P4 & beyond.
