February 3rd, 2012, 04:27 PM #11 Today is my last day on Phase 2 without the shots. I was not hungry at all without the shots...so I am guessing that is what is supposed to happen as it works itself out of your system. I surprisingly was down 1.2 pounds this morning. Going by that and starting off Phase two, I have had a total loss of 64.1 pounds on HCG. This is pretty amazing feeling, it is the smallest I have ever been in adult life and although I am sooo happy, I don't think it has completely sunken in just yet. I am looking forward to trying some yummy food combinations

February 4th, 2012, 02:08 PM #12 Hi there! I started R1P3 last Wednesday and I am very nervous. I have gained 1.5 pounds from my LIW but I don't think it's because I'm not eating improrerly? I have been very bored with not being able to hardly exercise and I want to push myself when it comes to jogging and lifting weights so I can tone easier. That being said, I went to the gym on Thursday, did 30 minutes of cardio and worked on various muscle groups (chest, lats, biceps etc.) Friday AM I gained two more pounds from LIW! Is this because my body is holding onto all the water? I don't feel heavier but with the 20 pounds I lost from P2, working out is easier!!
Btw, what are the HCG shakes?

February 5th, 2012, 07:48 AM #13 Hi everyone! I just completed R1P2 and start P3 eating On Monday!! Looking forward to more food after 35 days but like the rest of you, a bit scared of the eating. I wish us ALL luck and no gains, lol.

February 6th, 2012, 05:29 AM #14 Ugh messed up so bad yesterday. had a super bowl party and ate and drank everything i was not supposed to. Not even gonna post how much i gained. I so hope i can get back down. I worked so damn hard in phase 2. Feeling really down today... vickie
