They say we are supposed to "re-shape" on P3...
Have any of you noticed this?

    I reckon I got a little smaller....
Like my skin is firming back up after the disappearing of the fat. Is it possible?

    What is the cocoa crack?

    Well, so far so good.

128.5 on the scale this morning, so that is 2 full pounds below yesterday (and with all the food!), and 0.3 lbs below my LDW. I am quite pleased.

I really hope reshaping occurs in P3, while I am thrilled with the scale results, I look in the mirror and don't SEE a 15 lb weight loss. Hopefully the exercise will firm up some of the jiggles. I have been a runner for years, but am going to try to add in some weight training because I think that is really where the reshaping comes in.

Cocoa Crack is a sweet treat made with unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut oil, and stevia. You can find various recipes by doing a search, there is a thread called something like "Cocoa crack addicts unite" where there are recipes and such. I haven't had the nerve to try it out yet, but apparently it is quite yummy and totally P3 friendly. For those that have a sweet tooth, it is supposed to be quite satisfying

Down 3 lbs! Thank you Egg Day! At dinner last night, I could have thrown all of the eggs against the wall. I didn't think I could eat them ever again. It killed me to put them into my mouth...This morning, I had egg whites and turkey bacon just to show my gratitude! I heart eggs. I am doing a high protein day today. Lots of chicken breast and green vegetables during the day and white fish for dinner. I am still 1 lb away from my lowest weight (145.6).

Also, not sure if the sauna had anything to do with the great loss. It felt wonderful to sit and sweat it out all by myself in silence. Ah, 30 minutes of silence - absolute bliss. I'm going for a detox wrap and sauna this saturday - it's supposed to help with reshaping the body. Still trying to fit into my skinny jeans...I only made it to my medium skinny jeans, so far. (I don't feel like my body has changed as much as the scale either). I'm 5'7" and 146...and still wearing size 10...I feel like the last time I wasat this weight I was in 6-8. We'll see how it goes. No matter what I feel so much better about how I look and feel.

Today is a good day! May we all stabilize like rocks.

Way to go Moya and Farloca on the great weightlosses!! I'm happy for you but a little jealous too...I had a 1.4 lb weight gain this morning.....but im not going to panic too much because I'm still 148.6 which is my exact LIW. So I still feel pretty good about how this P3 is going!! It was probably due to the fact i got a little cocky last night and ate a little more peanut butter than I was supposed to..but it was so good!! Oh well lesson learned. Farloca the sauna sounds like a good idea..we have one at our gym im going to have to try it out!!

Hi Everyone! I hope you don't mind me jumping in here. Today is my last HCG day and I have 72 hrs of VLCD to go. I have been extremely fatigued the past few days. I think my body might be telling me it has had enough after 32 days. I have a couple of questions I am hoping someone can answer... 1- Has anyone tried coconut or almond flour on P3 with success? 2- Can anyone suggest a sugar-free protein shake that is drinkable and readily available? Prior to HCG, I used the Muscle Milk light and Oh Yeah!, but they both have sugars in them. Just like most, I am super scared of gaining when I move to P3!!

ReeCee, my fave protein drink (30 gr protein) is Labrada's Lean for Her. Chocolate is to die for, and they recently redid the Strawberry, and it's okay but I used to LOVE it. I buy from bodybuilder.com, or vitacost.com or netrition.com. Wherever it is cheapest.

BTW, I see they have a ready-to-drink now, but I buy the packets of powder and mix it myself. I used to use Atkins and there were too many sour, curdled RTDs Atkins that the thought of any RTD makes me sick now.

Welcome all! Not much to say but stay on program (I didn't and I"m paying!)

    XOXO

This is NOT the stock market!

Okay, my friends, self-insights about to start. Brace yourselves.

Part of me was excited to know I was going to P3 and, compared to P2, it felt intensely free and reward like, that suddenly I could eat EVERYTHING (so long as it didn't have any sugar or starch in it). Boy was that exciting. It was as if I was FREE, even though a little voice said to me and I said to you "be careful, add one thing at a time, don't go crazy with food, and no sugar and no starch" EVERYTHING spoke to me except sugar and starch was very little and I kept ignoring it.

Of course, I do have the excuse that I was queasy and nauseated the first week, and the only thing that helped was sugar and starch

So, I have been excited to be on P3 and I felt sorta untouchable, because, as I will freely tell you and brag, I have lost so much weight on my own and have GREAT discipline. I even took liberties and had my Progresso Chicken and Herb Dumplings soup in it which has plenty of starch and probably sugar in it. And I had a 6 inch Tuna hoagie, and hoagie rolls, as we all know, is BREAD and it has sugar and starchin it.

So, I'm all excited about P3 and that I can eat anything (except . . . well, you get the drift) and tonight, I started thinking I need to eat something else (I really don't need to and I had a glass of water instead).

So, I think I have heard and internalized that whoopee, I can eat anything so I should go hog wild. My BRAIN hasn't gotten it yet. AND today, I'm over 2lbs over, and will have to do a correction day tomorrow!

Now, I was fully able to exert discipline in the past, and I haven't seemed convinced that I needed to (in my mind I thought I was exempt.)

BEWARE! You CANNOT and SHOULD not think about BIG ASS BREAKFASTS. Think of having a high protein breakfast within a half hour of getting up. FORGET the "everything but . . . " stuff, and continue to be prudent and disciplined about what you eat. We're trying to lock in our loss, not reverse it!

I'm paying for it today, but I MUST stop.

    Hugs to all.

Parafluie - you'll get back there! Listen to that voice in your head, think of all the sacrifices that you made, are you ready to toss it is for some stinkin' Progresso soup and a hoagie? Didn't you work harder than that?

Here is what you CAN have:

    Cream in your coffee
Eggs and bacon (I made my first ever quiche, cut into slices and froze it for the mornings when I need to add something quick)
The best cut of steak like filet mignon topped with mushrooms and onions in a reduced red wine sauce
A big tossed salad with lots of good veggies and REAL salad dressing
Tuna fish with homemade mayo wrapped in lettuce
    Cocoa crack
    A glass of wine
Dinners out with family and friends at MOST restaurants if you are careful

I had similar fears going into P3, and similar moments of ...oh...just one of _____ won't hurt, but damnit, I'm not going down like that.
    And you aren't either!
