Good morning, So, apparently I am sensitive to the almond butter I have been eating on my apple. I know I said I was going to eat clean yesterday, but I got hungry (danger!) and that almond butter was calling my name. I woke up to another gain and a sore throat this morning. Can I go back to bed and start over? I am discouraged, but know that I have to be the one to control what goes in my mouth. Obviously, almond butter should not be one of them. I had two eggs with mushroom and avacado for breakfast, going to try protein shakes for lunch and snack and then a steak for dinner. I really wanted to do a correction day, but I am scared to try it while I am feeling under the weather. I also know that our bodies retain fluid when we are ill, so I am hoping that may have something to do with it. I never thought I would say this, but I miss P2!
