Good info Surby! That's a great synopsis. And I can easily adapt to that! And it really is a good regime for all I've read about P3. I think we are all wanting structure as we find our way.
Hey, how long have you been on P2 and is this your first round? How have you been doing? When are you "coming over to our side?" <vbg>
Welcome and glad to see you!!
Southern, I know what you mean. I extended beyond helpful. The last two weeks I went up and down and ultimately lost only ONE POUND. In the two days since my last injection, I've released TWO pounds. Go figure. I coulda done this two weeks ago! Oh well.
I'll wait to see how I stabilize. All bets are off. In the past few years, if I went below 126, I looked sunken and ugly. I don't want to do that again. Therefore, I might give myself another round and, if my face is okay, go even lower to my previous 115-118 weight. I have all the injection supplies, but who knows!! Mid-April could be a good time to do that!
How are you doing today? How are you feeling? What do you have planned for breakfast tomorrow? Be sure to check out Surby's list for Leptin!
@surby66: That is a good summary for the Leptin Rest. I glanced at it and it seemed so complicated with alot of rules. So I am glad you were able to sum it up easy for me.I might actually do it know that I understand it a little more. Well once I get to phase 3 which is soon.I am on my last stretch of phase2.
I can't offer any experience to anyone oh her yet cause Im not there yet and this is my first round also but I will offer everyone support. I do a lot of reading on all the forums and throughout the net since I am a stay at home mom with lot's of time on my hands and will gladly give tips for what I read to help everyone out including myself once I actually start phase 3.
Good luck everyone keep up the great work.

Good morning everyone. last day of VLCD for me! woohoooo. I never want to see a piece of melba again (never ate it before hcg)
para,
there's a thread somewhere around here called a structured p3. i'm going to follow that and add a new type of food every 3 days, so I can distinguish which foods affect me.
Tomorrow, I'm only going to double my lean protein/veggies/calories
then on day 3, I'll add fat like tuna and salmon back
then on day 6, i'll give eggs a try
and so on and so forth until day 21
(so my first BAB will probably just be 8 ozs of chicken, green veggies, and coffee with cream)

Hey Parafluie...Looks like we are in the same boat....my last injection day was Saturday too...but i was figuring my first BAB would be Wednesday morning..did i figure wrong? Not sure. I was so glad to find this thread...it couldnt of came at a better time. P3 is really freaking me out....Ive shed 23 lbs so far and do not want to gain it back...not sure what to do to maintain since Ive heard different things. I was planning on doing the South Beach Diet for P3 but then i just read about Leptin Reset. Has anyone heard of anybody having any luck doing SB diet for maintaince ?? Not sure what LR is all about. Now with P3 so close I'm scared to change my plan!! Plus like someone else said I'm tired of rules and was looking forward to just cutting out sugar and carbs!!
memphis, LR has been good to a lot of people who had trouble stabilizing. if you'd like more info, scroll to the bottom of the forum and check out the leptin subforum
is anyone else NOT freaking about p3?
maybe i shouldn't speak so soon

I am excited to come along and see how you all do on P3. I have 19 days to go - and I am considering LR.- I hope I can do it. What do you all plan to do with exercise? I seem some recommend it and others don't - in P3. I am inspired by your success!
Parafluie - how awesome that you continued to lose! So hope I can do that too! I am not in danger of being too thin - I hope to not have to do another round - but must admit if I stabilize and manage - I may be tempted to get back to my "pre-marriage" weight of 135....hahaha - but then I will pinch myself and try to wake myself from the dream!
Good luck to you all - and congrats for your dedication to getting to this round.
