I've done the HCG diet three times so far and had wonderful success all three times I know for me that I lose all my weight for the day at night while I sleep... my question is that during P3 this round there will be a day where I will not sleep (or at least REALLY sleep) for 36 hours (have to drive cross country). I've seen mentioned only once online that if you do not sleep then you should skip that "morning's" weigh in that day... and just weigh in after you have slept... Is this correct?
