Where are the nachos??

So on P2 I was on the P3 part and drooling over all the yummy recipes. I can't seem to find the nachos I found. They were for p3, and looked just like nachos and had cheese and beef, and I think some sour cream. Does anyone remember where they were? I looked on the first 25 pages of the Food Porn part and couldn't find them. I want to make them-any ideas?
