So here's the story:
Completed P2 27 days with 30 lbs lost, and went from 240 lbs to 210, and stayed there for the first week of P3, then without changing anything, I went up to 214, so i did a steak day, and lost maybe 1/2 a lb.
I figured 214 wasn't that big of a deal, so i adjusted my LIW and moved on. And I'd hover between 214 and 215 and a half, even if i drank a few beers.
been on P4 for almost a couple of weeks now and I shot up to 220 and don't understand why. the only thing i did that was different was taking psyllium husk 3 times a day for colon cleansing. Is this just water weight from that? I mean, i've read that people get at least a temporary weight gain when taking it, but i don't know for sure. I'm worried and would like some more experienced opinions.
