My chocolate fix is crack. I use the dark chocolate cocoa mix and the coconut oil and that does the trick. Good luck.
I've just started r3p2 and trying to figure out how to handle p4, which is basically the rest of my life. Each round goes fine till about a week into p4 and then it's all the bad cravings again. My basic problem is chocolate, and it seems that even though I eat sugar free, it brings out the worst. Anyone else figure out how to control these cravings?
