How long before you up your LDW?

I think you can see on my ticker the ups and downs I am constantly navigating. I hover 1.4 to 2.5 above LDW, running a correction day every 3rd-4th day.

I'm still learning about what I can eat, not eat, etc, but now I'm wondering...maybe I should just consider a higher LDW??? How long do I keep trying to reign this in, and when do I accept a new LDW?

I should add, that I'm not LOOKING to increase it, but just need some sort of appropriate expectation to set for myself.

I upped my LDW when I stayed consistant at that weight for at least a week or two. Also when I began to stress the scale every day and needed a break. I only do correction days when I go two pounds above my "new" LDW. Hope that helps.
